According to reports, US had presented 15-point proposal document which aimed at Israel to allow Hamas partially disarmed themselves. Court Accepts Aden Duale's Apology in Laikipia Airbase Contempt Case

Aden Duale via X) Health Cabinet Secretary,  Aden Duale June 23, 2026 appeared before the Milimani Law Court   following disobedience to the court conservatory orders on building of the US-backed Ebola quarantine facility at Laikipia Airbase in Nanyuki, Laikipia County.  Kenya and US governments respect court orders  Addressing the court,  Duale said, " The ministry of health and the government of Kenya, remain firmly committed to the constitutional principles of rule of law, respect for court orders and the independence of the judiciary."
